If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this website or book any services.

2. Service Scope

Distant Devotion coordinates Tamil ritual-related services, including birthday and nakshatra ceremonies, with partner temples, priests, and logistics providers.

  • We coordinate ritual execution based on information you provide.
  • We facilitate media documentation where temple policy permits.
  • We may coordinate physical delivery of prasadam or related items.
  • Exact ritual details may vary based on temple customs and constraints.

3. Bookings and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including names, dates, nakshatra details (if applicable), delivery details, and contact information.

  • Incorrect or incomplete details may delay or impact service quality.
  • You must ensure submitted content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
  • You must be authorized to submit details on behalf of the individual or family involved in the ritual.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Refunds

All pricing shown is subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed. Taxes, processing fees, and delivery charges may apply depending on region and service type.

  • Payment is required as specified during booking confirmation.
  • Refund eligibility depends on booking stage, third-party commitments, and whether ritual execution has started.
  • Once a ritual is completed, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law.

5. Ritual and Temple Constraints

Ritual outcomes, timing, and media availability can be affected by temple rules, priest availability, religious calendars, weather, public events, and regulatory restrictions.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to communicate major changes and offer alternatives where possible, but exact conditions cannot always be guaranteed.

6. Communications and Proof of Service

You agree to receive service-related updates by email, phone, or messaging channels you provide. Proof artifacts such as photos, short videos, receipts, or ritual notes may be shared where feasible.
